The Role: Sales Manager
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to help grow their business in the branch's geographical area. As a key part of their team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify and develop new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and increase sales within the branch’s geographical area.
* Identify, develop, and grow new and existing business accounts.
* Collaborate with a close-knit branch team to achieve high standards of business excellence.
* Independently plan and organise sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
* Build and sustain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and via telephone.
Essential Requirements:
* Hardworking, ambitious, and self-motivated with a determination to succeed.
* Proven ability to sell products and services effectively.
* Strong communication and customer care skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
* Professional and presentable appearance.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Valid UK driving licence.
Desirable:
* Previous sales experience in the electrical industry.
* A proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Knowledge of the local infrastructure and business landscape.
