Job Description
Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting for a remote client service manager who can commute to the London/ Brighton area on a monthly basis (1 day per month).

Our client are hybrid SEO & paid media experts who’s head office is based in Brighton & Hove. Their clients range in company size and they specialise in the following sectors: Retail, charity, sports & leisure, travel, education and health services.
The Successful candidate will be experienced in client services management with a focus on new business development, upselling, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You would be responsible for creating new and maintaining excellent client relationships, being a key point of contact and ensuring communication throughout. You will be investigating and resolving any issues that may occur – being a key point of escalation for the client and team, whilst remaining proactive alongside the account manager with ideas and strategies to help the clients grow.
Responsibilities include:
* Defining client experience and working with the team to deliver outstanding service
* Strengthening and maintaining client relationships, including excellent communication
* Leading on developing strategic account plans for the clients, working with the teams to deliver regular business reviews
* Supporting the team with client upsells
* Mentoring and training the delivery team in all aspects of client service
* Managing the set up and delivery of any client projects working with the delivery team and freelancers as needed
* Working alongside the marketing team to promote our work through client case studies and award entries that showcase the great work we are doing
* Supporting new business proposals and pitches
* Represent Search Seven at external events acting as a brand ambassador, engaging with potential new clients and partners
