Job Title: Digital Print Finisher (Temporary)
Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire, CV35 0RR
Salary: £14ph
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00 – 16:30hrs
Contract: 02 December – 20 December 2024
We are recruiting for a temporary Digital Reprographics Operator (Finisher) to join our client based in Gaydon, Warwickshire. The role is to support the onsite Senior Reprographics operator.
As the Digital Print Finisher, you will have a solid knowledge and capability in aspects of digital print production (using Fiery Command workstation) and both online / offline finishing. Small format colour and mono production, binding , laminating etc. Ability to work unsupervised, presentable (as the role also requires face to face interaction with JLR clients.
There is also a definite requirement for admin processing requests, orders and comms. (using Microsoft office and email)
Main Duties:
• To meet customer expectations in terms of timing, quality and any specific instructions regarding the customer’s printing requirements.
• To work to Company work processes and service procedures.
• Management of customer expectations in terms of quality and delivery.
• Ensuring customers print room is well presented and maintained.
• Ensuring customer service to the highest level.
• Ensuring that image projected to the customer is always one of attentiveness, concern, friendliness and helpfulness.
• Able to work under the pressure of meeting deadlines.
• Support the management team in the delivery of all aspects of the service
Job Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
• Knowledge of PC operating systems, including applications:-
• Microsoft Office
• Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Good communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to work on own and use your own initiative
• Physically fit - Smart appearance
• Due to location, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a car.
