As they continue to expand their presence in the UK, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join their team.
Role Overview: The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of medical simulation products to NHS hospitals and universities across the territory. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for healthcare and technology to make a significant impact in the medical education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the NHS and academic institutions.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including medical school faculty, simulation lab directors, and NHS procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits and capabilities of medical simulation products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the medical, healthcare, or education sectors.
- Strong understanding of the NHS procurement process and the needs of medical schools and universities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not essential.
