This individual will collaborate closely with the owners to propel the restaurants to new heights. Their portfolio comprises British, upscale brasseries renowned for celebrating the finest seasonal produce.

Operations Manager benefits:

• A salary package ranging between £80,000 to £100,000 per annum.

Operations Manager Requirements:

• The role requires an operations manager with exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a stable work history.
• Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in an operations manager role.
