Flexible Supply Teacher - Swindon - Full Time and Part Time Available

Hays are working with a number of nurseries in the Swindon and surrounding area who are looking for Nursery Practitioners on both a full-time and part-time basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine”• Monitoring and recording children’s progress and development.• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.• Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the nursery.• Following all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant setting.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
• Experience working with children in an SEN setting.• A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their development.• Strong communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to provide a nurturing and caring environment for children.• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.
