The Role:
Perform Planned, Preventative, and Reactive Maintenance across the site
Ensure continuous and safe operation of plant equipment
Conduct root cause analysis for machinery failures
Improve equipment uptime and prevent future breakdowns
Manage and maintain PPM schedules
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and operations
Maintain accurate reports and inventory records
Implement best practices within the maintenance department
Coordinate contractor call-outs
Skills Required:
Multi-Skilled Time Served Engineer
Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong technical competence
Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions without direct supervision
Strong understanding of maintenance best practices
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with a passion for innovation
