Key Responsibilities:
Engaging Lesson Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons that meet curriculum objectives and inspire a love for learning.
Student Assessment: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote growth and achievement.
Inclusive Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages respect, collaboration, and student confidence.
Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to share innovative teaching practices and strengthen overall instructional strategies.
Community Involvement: Engage in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings to build a strong school community.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Holds a UK teaching qualification (QTS, ECT, PGCE, SCITT, or BED); final-year students expecting to qualify by year-end are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant experience.
Possesses a DBS on the Update Service (assistance available if needed).
Exhibits a strong professional work ethic with high standards in behavior management.
Sets ambitious goals for themselves and their students, fostering a culture of excellence.
Understands and adheres to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for education and a commitment to student success.
Consistently applies high-quality teaching practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
