The role

Due to exciting expansion plans we are now supporting this superb business with the hire of a Technical CAD Designer / Draughtsperson to join their studio.

You will create and produce detailed CAD plans and drawings with finesse and will collaborate with the 3D Designers to turn their renders and visuals into high quality technical layouts. The role will ensure that all CAD drawings meet safety and project requirements and that the technical drawings are specific for fabrication as well as installation purposes.

About you

This is an open level role as we are looking for the right person, we will consider fresh Graduates, Mid Weight as well as Senior Designers. At the more experienced level you must be able to demonstrate producing workshop ready technical drawings and ideally have an understanding of materials and fabrication methodology. Strong Auto CAD, Vectorworks or Solidworks software knowledge is key, and ideally you will have worked in the exhibitions and events industry however we are also open to retail and architectural backgrounds.

The role is 2 days a week in Cheshire, full remote may be considered for the senior level depending on experience. This company offers a great culture and the chance to work on some amazing global projects!
