Amazing new new opportunity to join a leading experiential / brand activations agency as a Project Manager!

The agency

This super creative events production company work with well known brands in the fashion, retail and drinks industries and deliver brand activations, festivals and events across the UK with full end to end production and build in-house. With super creative design and build in-house they are growing accounts and T/O year on year and now have an exciting opportunity to join them as a Project Manager on one of their dedicated teams.

The role

This is a true project management role where you will take each project from concept to on-site delivery including a range of exciting activations and events. A super busy role with a high volume of events where you will be very client facing and be the internal lynch pin between production, ops, design and client services. Putting together production schedules and project plans as well as budgets is also part of this role, as is crewing and logistics & supplier management.

About you

We are looking for a solutions led project manager with an excellent level of organisation as well as a technical understanding of installs and brand activations. Experiential / brand activations projects is key for success in this role including heavy installations from planning to on-site. Client facing with the ability to communicate effectively with creative and technical teams is key and an understanding of AV and scenic, combined with either SketchUp or Vectorworks is needed.
