We are looking for an individual experienced in e-marketing and communications to take on a role planning, coordinating, and delivering our e-marketing strategy to our customer audience.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, the E-commerce & Email Executive is an integral part of the business, focusing on website content, product management, email marketing and improving conversion rates. This is a key role in our successful online retail activity and you will be collaborating with colleagues across the business (including Orla herself), to ensure our digital and marketing strategies optimise sales. This position requires strong technical skills and experience in using email automation, e-commerce strategy and management of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Email: working collaboratively with the e-commerce and creative teams in designing, creating and scheduling emails as part of the marketing plan.
- Website: General administration and troubleshooting of website; responsible for updating and maintaining all products on the website; managing overall website look/feel to improve customer engagement and promote sales.
- Data/administration: working across various software to perform administrative tasks and data management associated with product management, purchasing & wholesale, sales, pricing and reporting.
- Social Media: daily management of company social media profiles.
What we are looking for:
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience using an email automation platform. Mailchimp, Klaviyo etc.
- Previous E-Commerce Experience of at least 2+ years ideally on Shopify.
- A highly proactive attitude with strong MS excel and Office Suite skills, a willingness to learn and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to ensure smooth running of daily tasks
- Critical thinking skills, a problem solving mindset, ability to self-review.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment.
The role requires a person that can work well within a team as there is cross-collaboration across different departments. As well as someone who takes pride in their work, we are looking for someone who will help elevate the brand and build their skills as they develop into the role.

This is a fixed-term appointment of 12 months.
