Job Description
A well-established, privately owned beauty manufacturing company are looking for an experienced Account Manager to nurture well established accounts across the UK and Ireland. Passion for the beauty sector is essential.

Responsibilities
- Increase client spend by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships
- Supplier/Agency management, Critical Path management and Design and Print management
- Inform customers of late/short deliveries despatch same day sample requests
- Handle and log any complaints on Excel and approve and update pricing on Sage
- Contribute to the implementation of a strategic marketing plan
- Test and measure all marketing campaigns to determine success rate
- Maintain CRM system, keeping all electronic and paper records up to date
- Research all competitors/customers, keep up to date information on product categories
- Identify areas for New Product Development through strong market awareness
- Compiling and presenting weekly reports summarising all current and future projects
Requirements
- Proven track record in successful Account Management
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Self- motivated team player
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office skills
