Job Description

A well-established, privately owned beauty manufacturing company are looking for an experienced Account Manager to nurture well established accounts across the UK and Ireland. Passion for the beauty sector is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Increase client spend by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships
  • Supplier/Agency management, Critical Path management and Design and Print management
  • Inform customers of late/short deliveries despatch same day sample requests
  • Handle and log any complaints on Excel and approve and update pricing on Sage
  • Contribute to the implementation of a strategic marketing plan
  • Test and measure all marketing campaigns to determine success rate
  • Maintain CRM system, keeping all electronic and paper records up to date
  • Research all competitors/customers, keep up to date information on product categories
  • Identify areas for New Product Development through strong market awareness
  • Compiling and presenting weekly reports summarising all current and future projects


Requirements

  • Proven track record in successful Account Management
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Self- motivated team player
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent MS Office skills
