Job Description

Mode Search Ltd is exclusively partnering with a prestigious luxury brand in their search for a Store Manager.


This beautiful luxury womenswear label has become known in the industry as the epitome of modern femininity. The British brand offers both RTW and a bespoke couture. This Store Manager role will be based at their flagship store.


ROLE DESCRIPTION


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the flagship boutique, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, enhance customer engagement, and drive the store’s overall performance.
  • Foster strong, personalized relationships with clients, delivering bespoke service from the initial appointment through fittings to final collection.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the store team, setting clear sales targets, providing training, and ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director and senior management to align store operations with the brand’s vision and retail strategies.
  • Manage inventory, including stock counts, replenishment, and end-of-season returns, ensuring optimal stock levels and store presentation.
  • Ensure the flagship boutique reflects the highest standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation, creating a luxurious, on-brand shopping environment.
  • Host VIP appointments, fittings, and personalized shopping experiences, ensuring the highest level of service for high-profile clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams across marketing, logistics, and other departments to provide seamless and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Regularly assess and report on team performance, sales, KPIs, and customer satisfaction, providing feedback and taking action to drive success.


PROFILE


  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on both ready-to-wear and bespoke collections.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and team members.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational tasks with long-term business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, with awareness of current trends and market developments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, staff, and senior management.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, with a strong alignment to the brand’s aesthetic and values.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and design is advantageous.
