Senior Data Scientist - AWS Platform

Job Title : Senior Data Scientist. Salary : 10-12 LPA Experience : 3 to 4 Years Location: Bangalore Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and software development, with experience in building data pipelines and handling large-scale data processing in the cloud (preferably AWS). The role requires someone who can bring innovative solutions and critical thinking to support our business objectives, while working in an Agile environment. Roles and Responsibilities : - Full Stack Development in Python is highly preferred. - Create modern data pipelines and perform data processing using AWS PAAS components (Glue, Sagemaker Studio, etc.) or open-source tools like Spark, HBase, and Hive. - Solid understanding of Machine Learning/AI algorithms and statistical algorithms. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must. - Data modeling and designing of modern data structures, including SQL/NoSQL databases, Data Lakes, and Cloud Data Warehouses (SnowFlake is preferred). - Experience in various data stores such as DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Oracle, and AWS RDS. - Deploy software using CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc. - Proficient with API tools such as REST, Swagger, and Postman. - Work in an Agile framework, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Bonus Experience : - Previous work in a Fintech/Finance product-based industry. - Knowledge and experience with Churn Models. Skills Required : - Proficient in Python development and Full Stack experience. - Hands-on experience with AWS PAAS and open-source data tools. - Strong understanding of ML/AI algorithms and data modeling techniques. - Experience with CI/CD tools and agile methodologies. - Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
