Eversana - Salesforce Business Analyst - Health Cloud

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Health Cloud to join our team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role implementing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, with a specific focus on Health Cloud. You will play a key role in migrating client engagements from older platform to new platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements in existing systems and work closely with Salesforce technical team to map the requirements to new system. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements, and processes related to healthcare and patient management. - Analyze and document existing process flows. - Understand the old and new platform functionalities. - Identify potential process/technical improvements and map the process to the new platform. - Own migration of a client engagement from old platform to new platform - Work on enhancements and change requests on existing platform for specific clients Qualifications : - Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce business Analyst - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. - Must have worked on 2-3 large Salesforce implementation in Service Cloud or Health Cloud environment - Candidate should have basic knowledge of Health Cloud Data models and features - Must be familiar with user stories and acceptance criteria - Must have excellent communications skills - Candidate should have demonstrated capability to deal with ambiguity and work with cross functional teams - Must have good understanding of Customer services domain - Must have good knowledge of Healthcare and Pharma domain. - Must have experience in implementing Salesforce for Healthcare or Pharma client.
