Job Description
Key Responsibilities : - Solution Design & Configuration : Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle Cloud applications to meet business needs. You will ensure that the solution is implemented efficiently and meets client requirements while adhering to industry best practices. - Business Process Analysis : Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and gather requirements. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions for process optimization using Oracle Cloud functionalities. - Implementation & Integration : Guide clients through the implementation process, including system setup, data migration, integration with other systems, and functional testing. - Training & Support : Provide training to end-users and assist with documentation, user manuals, and system guidelines. Ensure that clients can operate the system independently post-implementation. - Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide ongoing support and advice for post-implementation processes. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Project Management Support : Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of Oracle Cloud projects. Provide input into project timelines, scope, and deliverables. - Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for system improvements and propose enhancements to optimize performance and business outcomes. - Testing & Validation : Define test cases, assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate configurations against business requirements. - Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows. Required Qualifications : - Experience : 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud applications (ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, etc.). - Functional Expertise : Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and best practices. Expertise in one or more Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, HCM, etc.) is essential. - Implementation Experience : Demonstrated experience in at least 3-4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. - Process Design : Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, solution design, and functional configuration. - Project Management Skills : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contribute to project plans, and meet deadlines. - Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. - Training & Documentation : Experience in creating training materials, conducting user training, and preparing detailed documentation. - Certifications : Oracle Cloud certification in relevant modules (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, Procurement, Financials) is a plus. - Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client-specific challenges. Preferred Qualifications : - Industry Expertise : Experience working in specific industries (such as manufacturing, retail, finance, or healthcare) is highly beneficial. - Technical Awareness : Understanding of Oracle Cloud technical architecture, integrations, and cloud-based solutions is a plus. - Consulting Background : Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred.
