Qualifications

Your EXPERIENCE:

  • Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests’ expectations.
  • Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
  • Responsible for communicating and working successfully in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation.
  • This position will require the individual to work solo shifts after training.
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred, hotel or large volume catering.
  • Capable of standing for 8 hours.
  • Ability to lift/push up to 50lbs.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean work space.
  • Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills including reading recipes.
  • Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
  • Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • A fun and energized person with a creative mindset.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
