Job Description
The Company:
c£150m FM service provider who work across the whole of the UK.
The Role:
You will be maintaining public sector commercial offices/building in West Sussex and you will be responsible for general PPM's and reactive maintenance of electrical building services - along with first line mechanical maintenance, including AHUs, FCUs, general plumbing, filter changes and tap temps.
This is a 2 month temporary role with prospects of possible permanent employment depending on clients needs.
The call out rota will be 1 week in 5 and the standby allowance is £150 per week.
The Person:
You will have a proven track record of working in a client facing maintenance role together with a electrical trade qualification . It is preferred that you have worked in larger commercial buildings.
The Package:
The basic salary is up to £40k pro rata
The package also includes 25 days holiday pro rata, 6% pension, Call out allowance £150, 1 in 5
The first 30 minutes each way of travel is not included
