Hours:40 per week

Salary:£29,273 - £57,822

Additional Support:For the first 3 months, enjoy a salary support of £870 per month to assist with your relocation.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Performing maintenance, service, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles to the highest standards.
• Diagnosing faults and conducting thorough vehicle testing.
• Replacing components, lubricants, and consumables, while maintaining accurate records.
• Creating informative CITNOW Videos to update customers on their vehicle conditions.
• Ensuring cleanliness and safety in your work environment.
• Completing tasks efficiently within the manufacturer's time frames.
• Advising customers on vehicle issues and ongoing servicing needs.

Ideal candidates will have:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in light vehicle maintenance.
• A commitment to pursuing further qualifications, especially in electric vehicle technologies.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A strong sense of accountability for work quality and efficiency.
• A valid UK driving licence.
