World Class Senior Facilities Manager Opportunity - Up to £100k DOE + Bonus - Central London - Globally recognised brand.

Unique opportunity to run one of the largest retail buildings in the UK. We are actively inviting applications from those with either very large scale single site FM experience or those currently overseeing significant multi site FM operations with a retail bias ie large scale shopping centres, major airport operations or large scale multi site retail facilities etc.

You must be able to demonstrate direct ownership of large scale budgets in your current role (minimum £30m - £50m pa under your direct responsibility), have a proven track record of strong internal & external stakeholder relationships & have driven sustainability targets in your current/previous roles.
