• £Neg D.O.E
• Profit related bonus' - 1 tax free up to £3000 (company is an EOT business) plus a bonus in the summer and at Christmas
• Hybrid working (very flexible/ open)
• Car or car allowance, (commercial vehicle is also an option)
• 21 days holiday plus an extra days leave per year for 5 years after 2 years service.

Who are they?

Our client is a successful roofing contractor who have been established for over 15 years.

They work on a national basis across various sectors including health care, education, and prisons on schemes ranging from £10k - £2m

90% of their work is flat roofing with the other 10-15% being pitched. They are looking to expand across the business including the pitched roofing side.

They value and reward their staff and have a very low staff turnover hence lots of experience in house.

In this varied role you'll be dealing with be working from technical drawings and producing estimates.

Home / office based with occasional site visits.

The right person

You will have 2 years or more experience working as an Estimator on roofing schemes.
