Job Description

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join the Incentives team of a renowned UK firm in London. The team provides strategic advice on a range of HR legal projects, including coordinating the design and rollout of HR policies and incentive plans, conducting workplace investigations, managing industrial relations issues and workforce restructuring exercises, and finding solutions to pension liability issues in the context of major transactions and de-risking operations.


Experience required:


  • Qualified in England and Wales or Ireland
  • Have between 6 months and 2 years PQE
  • Have gained incentives experience with a large regional or national practice.
  • Strong academics.
  • Ability to give practical, clear advice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
