TT Club is the international transport and logistics industry’s leading provider of insurance and related risk management services. TT Club is managed by Thomas Miller, an independent and international provider of insurance, professional and investment services.
The Team
It’s an exciting period of change at TT Club. To ensure these changes improve experiences to our people, members and business, TT Club has established a new internal Transformation Team. This is a growing team of transformation experts. The team provides support to TT Club, across a range of capabilities such as operating models (functional), service model (member facing), complex transformation programmes, business analysis and change management (including analysis, training, communications and BAU change).

What You'll Do: Type of Work
- As a Manager in the Transformation Team your remit could include:
- Operating Models:
- Support the development of Target Operating Models (TOMs) for business functions. This includes changes to organisational structures, culture, processes, vendors, governance, technologies & data.
- Business analysis to support capability design, process analysis and organisational transformation
- Service Model
- Support the continued improvement of the Service Model that TT Club provides to its Members.
- Programme Delivery
- Shape, influence and lead delivery programmes with the aim of ensuring successful delivery and maintenance of strategic programme objectives. Utilising waterfall and agile delivery methods.
- Collaborate with business and programme teams to clarify priorities, stakeholder management, design governance, and TOM implementation activities.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- As a Manager in the Transformation Team, you will be expected to:
- Lead the delivery of projects and/or play a key role on large / complex projects;
- Build positive relationships with senior leaders in the organisation;
- Operate as a role model for the rest of the team through leading by example;
- Influence the agenda for the team through the injection of innovative ideas and ways of thinking and
- Challenge conventional wisdom and freely expressing their own opinion.
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications You Need
- Over 5 years of experience in a management consultancy role or as a high performing delivery professional
- Educated to a minimum of 2:1 Bachelor's degree;
- Experience working on large and complex consultancy assignments;
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications That Will Help
- An understanding and experience of iterative delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Scaled Agile and
- Understanding of change management disciplines, processes and tools, such as:
- The key stages and lifecycle of change delivery
- Stakeholder Management and communication
- Planning and progress tracking mechanisms
- Monitoring and managing issues, risks and dependencies
- Governance and reporting
- Established track record of operating model definition and large-scale change implementation;
- Commercial awareness and supplier management
- Relevant Programme or Change Management qualifications (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Prince II).
- Insurance experience

- Strong communicators, with the gravitas to present to C-suite and senior business and IT stakeholders;
- Empathetic and professional, with high EQ and
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolve to meet demands and challenges.
Additional Details
- The role is advertised with a competitive salary, 26 days holiday and generous pension contribution
- We ask employees to spend 3 days a week in the office, with working hours of 9:30 to 5:30.
