Test Manager – Systems/Transformation – Birmingham/Hybrid

Salary – Up to £65k

This position will require 1-2 days / week on site in Birmingham

Test Manager required for a leading client based in Birmingham, contributing to an exciting phase of transformation and investment in our internal systems and software. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a high-quality, efficient testing function for a major UK-based retail client. The ideal candidate will be experienced in guiding Test Analysts and Test Leads in the strategic allocation of testing resources. Experience working with third-party vendors and large-scale internal systems, particularly ERP, would be highly advantageous.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience leading medium to large testing teams, including Test Leads and Analysts.
• Extensive background in collaborating with third-party providers to enhance testing capacity and support.
• Strong expertise in managing a range of testing resources across ERP, internal systems, and data projects.
• Primarily manual testing experience, with automation experience considered beneficial.
• Familiarity with large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
