Sales Director - Consumer/Retail

£120k - 130k base - (OTE £240k - £260k)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for someone to help us grow our business by building relationships with key clients, finding new opportunities, and leading sales efforts from start to finish. You’ll be working with a mix of potential clients largely in retail/consumer industries, helping them see the value of our solutions, and turning those early conversations into real opportunities. You’ll also be responsible for hitting targets, managing your pipeline, and collaborating with the team on sales strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain a list of key accounts.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies tailored to those accounts.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and generate interest in our solutions.
• Lead early-stage discussions and turn them into real opportunities.
• Drive deals through the sales process, from first contact to closing.
• Support the team with strategic sales initiatives and pursuits.
• Keep your CRM up to date and follow the sales process.
• Hit your quarterly targets and metrics.
• Create content and materials that help move deals forward.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 7 years of experience selling tech solutions or IT services.
• A proven track record in industries like Retail, Consumer goods, iGaming, or working with startups.
• A solid network of contacts in relevant industries.
• Experience hitting sales targets of $3M+ in deals.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives and explaining complex solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth sales environments.
