Who are we looking for?

• Culture is number 1 – we care less about what university you went to and more about who you are, your attributes and your personality!
• Communication – must be articulate, friendly, personable and confident, able to speak with a range of different people and resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently.
• Work experience – whilst this is an entry-level role, you must have some working background - a part time job, internships, or commercial experience, we want to see evidence of hard work!
• Competitive individuals – someone who has excelled in sports, academics, their own businesses or has strong evidence of pushing themselves!
