The Amazon Account Manager (Global) will take charge of end-to-end Amazon account (Vendor Central) management, overseeing crucial activities like inventory management, sales growth strategies, and budget tracking. With full ownership of all Global (Non-UK and Non-Eu) Amazon marketplaces, this role is ideal for someone passionate about driving performance and eager to support significant growth initiatives across non-EU regions, which present huge opportunities for the brands and their own career respectively.
Key Responsibilities
The Amazon Account Manager (Global) will:
- Manage all logistical queries, including PO extensions, cancellations, returns, and FC refusals.
- Track budgets with weekly updates and oversee promotional planning.
- Drive traffic and increase conversion rates through strategic initiatives.
- Develop advertising strategies and growth plans to optimize future budgets.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, from setting up new marketplaces to expanding existing product lines.
Essential Skills
- Experience managing Vendor Central accounts, with a proven record of boosting sales growth.
- Knowledge of Amazon’s algorithms, SEO, PPC, and optimization practices.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and refine strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
