Customer Service Advisor (Temporary) - Cleckheaton, BD19

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Temporary) to join a busy Contact Centre helping the general public with Boiler servicing/call-outs/repairs.

- Handling incoming calls and enquiries from Customers

- Provide professional and efficient Customer support

- Use computer systems to log and process Customer information

- Meet performance targets and quality standards

Mon - Fri 08.15 - 5.00

1 Saturday in 2 required (4 hour shifts)

Temporary assignment until March 2025

Contact centre experience is essential and Driving Licence/Access to own vehicle also.
