Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily kitchen operations, including setup and closing routines
• Collaborate in training new team members, scheduling, and duty assignments
• Engage in the preparation of ingredients and cooking, utilizing a variety of kitchen equipment
• Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and supplies
• Contribute to menu design and ingredient selection to enhance our culinary offerings
• Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety regulations within the kitchen
• Support the Head Chef and kitchen team by demonstrating cooking skills and assisting with culinary techniques
• Promote a flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate a fast-paced dining environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience and proficiency in a sous chef role, preferably within a high-volume or luxury setting
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in training and team management
• Excellent culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking methodologies
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and as needed to support operational requirements
