Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager with 2 years' experience to join a dynamic firm of estate agents, offering excellent benefits.

As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of residential properties, manage leases, handle lease administration, and deliver outstanding customer service to tenants. This full-time role offers competitive salary.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked in a similar role such as Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Senior Property Negotiator.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience in property management.
Ideally have A-Level and ARLA qualification.
Familiarity with lease administration processes.
Must have own car.
