What you will need to succeed

• Extensive knowledge and experience in troubleshooting O365 applications, including Teams, Outlook/Exchange, and the entire Office suite
• Proficient in addressing hardware issues, particularly with Surface Pro devices.
• Experience with:
  Intune, Azure Multi-Factor Authentication, Citrix Workspace, iPhones, Surface Pro and Docking stations, and SharePoint knowledge
