About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join a friendly and vibrant 2-form entry primary school in Oldbury. The position is available from the October half-term and will run until the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a positive impact in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, ensuring high standards of achievement
Collaborate with other staff members, including the parallel Year 4 teacher
Engage with parents and carers to communicate student progress and developmentWhat We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate young learners
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
