Job Role: Teaching Assistant
Type of Work: Full Time or Part Time
Location: Sunderland
Pay: £85 - £100 per dayCER is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a mainstream Primary School in Sunderland
A successful candidate will have worked as a teaching assistant in a school before, or have relevant experience working with children from healthcare or another sector, which they can transfer over to an education setting.
The school are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and resourceful individuals to join a dedicated and hardworking team of specialised support staff. They are looking for people who will enjoy being effective in supporting students with complex needs and who have an appreciation of the positive attitude required to encourage independence in their students.
The ideal candidate will:
Be able to engage with children and enforce positive behaviour
Be able to challenge children when they display negative behaviour
Be a qualified level 2 or 3 Teaching AssistantBenefits:
