Seven Executive is representing a global leader in HVAC manufacturing, known for delivering top-tier products and exceptional customer service. Our client is seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead its growing UK operations.

The ideal candidate is a proven senior leader with stolid construction or HVAC experience and strong P&L and supply chain management expertise. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the business through strategic planning, organisational change, and digital transformation while driving forward sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and execution of sustainability, digitalisation, and business strategies.
• Drive organisational growth through innovative leadership and change management.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a robust company culture, and unlock the full potential of individuals within the organisation.
• Manage and oversee P&L, ensuring consistent performance improvements and profitability.
• Play a key role in advancing environmental sustainability, working towards a climate-conscious future for the business.
• Engage with digitalisation processes to modernise the business and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar senior leadership role, preferably in construction or HVAC.
• Proven track record in leading teams and delivering business results.
• Strategic thinker with experience in the development and rollout of business plans.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive change within sustainability, digitalisation, and people development.
