Job Description
Blayze Group are working with one of our clients, who a leading national housebuilder recognised for the quality of the product they build and their 5-star customer service. Our client is seeking Sales Advisors, who have experience working with housebuilders.
Responsibilities:
* Present excellent knowledge and understanding of the product.
* Effectively convert enquiries and initial interest into site visits and potential sales
* Deal with e-mail, telephone or postal enquiries.
* Keep prospective buyers engaged.
* Meet sales targets in accordance with business requirements.

The client are offering a very competitive package, depending on the level of Residential Sales experience. The company offers excellent career opportunities and progression, and a basic salary up to £34,000 (DOE).
About the requirements:
* Experience with new homes sales.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with great communication and organisational skills.
* IT Literate.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Flexible working pattern, with availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
* Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.
* Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle
