THE ROLE: Field Service Engineer

£41k basic OTE c£50k +.

As well as a company car, pension, discounts with gym/retail/high street, sick pay, cycle to work scheme, health care and many more… The newly appointed Service Engineer will report to a highly experienced Service Manager, and join a team of established engineers.

By providing timely and efficient machine maintenance and technical support at customer sites, this position is intended to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Add to machine and tape deals development through incredible assistance, proficient and obtaining regular feedback and proposals.
• Service/install/commission machinery
• Responding to breakdowns
• Developing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactively obtain customer feedback - proposal for improvements
• Take the lead in training and developing team members

Where? The base office is in Leeds, but travel is required across the UK & Ireland (potentially the opportunity to travel abroad!) A company car is provided full time after passing your probation. During the probationary period, pool cars are available to use for business use during the day. Experience and requirements
• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualification
• UK driving licence (clean)
• Computer software i.e. Word, excel, outlook efficient
• FMCG/packaging/food maintenance engineering
• Adaptable/open-minded
• Positive mind set
• Critical thinking/problem-solving
• Organised
• Fast-paced/work well under pressure
• The correct work in the UK, without restrictions.
