Network Engineer - Roututing & Switching

Job Description : - Good with Routing, Switching, Wireless and Implementation. - Ready to work on 24/7 rotational shifts with Excellent Communication Skills. - Looking for Immediate Joiners (0-15 days) Skills and Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : - Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer, with a strong focus on L2 network support and troubleshooting. - Experience in managing and configuring routers, switches, and firewalls from major vendors (Cisco, Juniper, etc.). Certifications : - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certifications preferred. - Other relevant certifications like CompTIA Network, or Juniper Networks Certification (JNCIA) are a plus. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Layer 2 technologies such as VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and Link Aggregation (LACP). - Hands-on experience with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, RIP) and Layer 3 troubleshooting. - Familiarity with network security concepts like VPN, ACLs, and basic firewall configuration. - Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios. - Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and wireless network troubleshooting. - Understanding of TCP/IP stack, DHCP, DNS, and other networking protocols. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- - Strong customer service skills for handling network-related support requests.
