Per uno dei negozi più rilevanti nella rete europea di Diesel – Roma Piazza di Spagna Store – stiamo reclutando un nuovo Part Time Client Advisor (24H). You Authentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style. A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy and putting the client at the center of every decision. Courageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn. Key Responsibilities Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients. Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions. Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them. Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary. Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results. Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs. Prove Brand and product knowledge. Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures. Contribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor. Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors. Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance. Key Requirements Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. Strong communication skills. Willingness to evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working. Requirements: At least 3 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern retail environment, Luxury background will be considered as a Plus. Confidence in managing large teams. Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. Strong communication skills and commercial mindset. Previous experience in managing complex store operations. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working. Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients.
