BPM – Assurance Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA
Tax – Private Client Services (PCS) / Full-time / Hybrid

Requirements:
- 7 or more years’ experience in public accounting with an emphasis on Tax.
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field (Masters degree a plus).
- Licensed CPA or EA certified.
- Capability to research and oversee complex tax issues.
- Able to manage multiple complex projects and deliver in a timely manner.
- Ability and/or interest in generating and building business, delegating work and managing staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and consulting to high-net worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients.
- Work with clients to minimize their tax liability.
- Supervise tax associates' assignments and manage the delivery of tax consulting services.
- Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work.
- Manage multiple engagements and deliver high quality products timely.
Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 a year
The salary range is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements. Candidates outside this area or who exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply, and a recruiter will provide a range specific to your qualifications.
