Job Description

Fantastic opportunity at an outstanding law firm that is a provider of first class high street legal services across the region. An excellent new opportunity has appeared in their Tameside branch, due to the expansion & growth of their client base. You will be working in one of the most well established conveyancing departments within area and will therefore be part of a strong team, with plenty of support in place.

You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor who is experienced enough to run your own caseload without supervision and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment as you will working with developers on quick turnaround transactions. Although you will have Paralegal assistance, you must be capable of running your own caseload from inception to completion and be comfortable dealing with caseload sizes above 80+ matters. This role will primarily focus on dealing with New Build matters from a client base that includes local & national developers.

This practice have a structure in place that allows you to develop your career and progress through the ranks and take on further responsibilities, such as supervision and management. This specific role will see you working in the same office as the head of department, so you will also have input into aspects such as work management, business development and recruitment.
