Assistant Buyer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assisting the Buying team with product sampling and development.

· Reporting on sales and stock data through weekly WSSI collation.

· Assisting the Buying team with WSSI report collation.

· Online visual merchandising.

· Undertaking web administrative tasks on a weekly basis, providing support by creating products, collections and organising SKU's.

· Organising purchase orders on a weekly basis recording all of information in the necessary documents.

· Creating and managing the critical path, liaising with suppliers on a daily basis.

· Managing samples stages throughout the Design and Buying process.

· Maintaining the sample library.

· Assisting with the management of intake into the warehouse for new release deadlines and restocks.

· Providing assistance to the Senior Buyer for all meetings.

· Monitoring and controlling stock movement within the business.

· Liaising with suppliers and collating all stock for E-comm, Campaign and Social shoots.

· Attending and giving input to fit sessions on a weekly basis.

· Competitor analysis on a weekly basis.

· General off ad-hoc duties to suit the needs of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

· Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in the relevant field.

· Hard-working with a strong passion and enthusiasm for the fashion industry.

· Flexible to suit the needs of the business and have willingness to provide essential support to seniors.

· Strong communication skills.

· Conscientious with every task undertaken with a high-level of attention to detail.

· Organised and can manage task priority according to responsibilities.
