Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £162-£224 per day
Are you a Qualified English Teacher looking for a new role?
Can you support SEND individuals whilst fostering a positive and supporting learning environment?
Do you have experience supporting students who have MLD, PMLD and SLD?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with an amazing Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Secondary School in Manchester. They work to support students with MLD/Moderate Learning Difficulties, PMLD/Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and SLD/Severe Learning Difficulties and are looking for a qualified English teacher to join the team.
The role will be until the end of the academic year and you will be supporting the students with their English GCSE’s. You will need to be engaging and innovative in your teaching style to ensure all students are supported. If you have experience working SEND students then we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate:
Have QTS or equivalent qualification
Have recent experience teaching English to KS3/KS4
Be flexible, committed, motivational and passionate about teaching
Previous experience working with SEND is highly desirable.
