A well-known Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Birmingham.
The Project Quantity Surveyors' role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work on a range of exciting projects spanning various sectors, including student accommodation, private residential, commercial, leisure and heritage. The role involves managing both new build and refurbishment projects, providing you with a varied workload.
This consultancy fosters a collaborative environment, offering you the opportunity to develop your expertise while contributing to the success of projects. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll have the chance to take ownership of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of cost management and client relations are delivered to the highest standards.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a professional, career-focused individual with proven consultancy experience.
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Strong pre and post contract experience
A successful track record of running projects from inception to completionWhat's on offer?
