COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Andover, MA-based property management firm dedicated to providing detail-focused services to our clients. Located in the Merrimack Valley, we manage both HOA and multi-family rental properties and provide an expansive range of services from daily property operations to large-scale replacement and maintenance projects.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a multi-tasking senior property manager with experience in residential condo associations. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail is essential. This position will require work performed outside of the office to meet with vendors and clients, as well as evening meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate project-based workflow by procuring vendor proposals and service appointments, arranging access instructions, reviewing scopes, and following up on results through full job completion.

Oversee and provide guidance on scope and budget for a wide variety of property needs.

Prepare for and attend meetings with both clients and vendors.

Receive and provide general support for clients by fielding telephone calls and emails; dispatching appropriately and directly assisting with inquiries.

Both direct and provide general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to: mailing, scanning, copying, filing, data entry, preparation of documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, meeting materials, presentations, memos and emails, and assisting in meeting and appointment coordination, and calendar management.

Additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES

Minimum 5 years in HOA Property Management

Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person.

Needs to be observant with a strong sense of urgency, good common sense, and problem-solving skills.

Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with superb accuracy, prioritize, and achieve deadlines under pressure.

Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.

Proficiency in computer use including Microsoft Suite.

Willingness and an aptitude to learn is a must.
