Activation, Personalization & Measurement Product Manager (FR)

Your key missions:

The products under the Product Manager scope are related to all tools we use to activate our consumers, bringing personalization and making sure we are measuring results the right way. The team will be organized in the target product squads related to Content, PIM (Product Information Management) + DAM (Digital Asset Management), Engagement tools, Attribution + Analytics, and Search, Retail Media & Programmatic.

Responsibilities:

• Demand Management: You collect, qualify and assess demands coming from the Global Business Process Owners and the Tech Function itself. Ensure that local needs are effectively captured and arbitrated, in collaboration with proximity teams.
• Backlog Management: You contribute to EPIC demands Review and be appointed as EPIC Owner, perform EPIC Analysis and contribute to Portfolio backlog review, prioritization and arbitration, allocate Features to Product Owners, and contribute to their prioritization and integration to Portfolio Synchronization Backlogs.
• ITFM: You provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast, oversee overall funding of your scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification, track Product’s ROI and costs.
• Product Lifecycle Management: You drive Product Vision and roadmap through Product Framing Analysis and EPIC/Features definition and prioritization. Work with vendor engagement officers to define editors’ roadmap. Oversee product squads’ activities throughout the product lifecycle, providing expertise & securing arbitration.
• Resource Management: You coordinate product teams work, animate PO community, secure engagement & collaboration, define squad’s resource needs for your scope, collaborate with tech leaders for resource mobilization and eventually adjust plans and roadmaps based on available resource capacity.

Management: Steer and animate 3 Product Owners + 14 external consultants and consolidate Product Backlog and report key metrics: value, costs, performance.

• You have 10+ years’ experience and a strong knowledge of digital tools (activation, content, engagement, media platforms…)
• You are knowledgeable of marketing needs and have strong business acumen.
• You are fluent in English; French is a plus.

Functional skills:

• Deep strategic planning capabilities.
• Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset (roadmap creation, product vision articulation, value monitoring…).
• Experience in Product Management and people management, preferably within a multiple-teams structure.
• Strong communication & stakeholders management skills (customer centricity…).
• Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family.
• Experience in managing roll-out plan of IT projects/programs/products.
• Understanding of agile mindset & practices.
