The ideal candidate for the Pasta Chef role will:

• Be fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare
• Build excellent relationships with kitchen and Front of House team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Have strong knowledge of pasta making and cooking for service
• That shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant and a passion for cooking Italian cuisine
