Site Manager - Groundworks x2

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term groundworks residential project based in South Yorkshire.

My client is looking for x2 site manager's and has 2.5 years worth of work available.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS/SSSTS

• First aid

• Temp Works Coordinator

• Experienced in residential groundworks projects for specialist sub contractors.

• Experienced in plot works and/or roads and sewers.

• 8+ years management experience
