Salary: £41,935
Location: Manchester - Agile
Full Time, FTC (Maternity cover) for 12 months

They have an exciting position available for an Application Specialist to join them!
You’ll provide support and maintenance of business applications including core housing applications, mobile solutions, digital applications and online services to ensure they are managed and maintained to the required high standards of performance and availability.
What our client are looking for:
· A passion for delivering high quality IT services.
· Experience in complex IT services with several hundred users and multiple business critical applications.
· In-depth knowledge of Housing Management Systems and related applications
· Experience of providing proactive monitoring, support and maintenance of business applications and experience of recording and solving support issues from colleagues.
· Experience developing and maintaining line of business systems including use of relational databases.
· Management of multiple specialist 3rd party service and support providers.
· Awareness of Information Security threats and mitigations.
· Deployment of standard processes, procedures and disciplines for change, asset, problem, incident, capacity, availability, service level and risk management in an IT Infrastructure environment in accordance with ITIL principles.
