Junior Accounts & Payroll Administrator
Monday to Friday
8.30AM - 17.30PM
Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organised Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join our team at a multi-disciplined recruitment agency. This role will involve managing payroll, supporting credit control, assisting with accounting operations, and providing administrative and customer service support across our various recruitment sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll accurately and on time for all agency staff.
* Maintain employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including credit control.
* Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reporting.
* Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
* Completion of weekly debtor reports
* Liaison with Senior Management team daily
* Chasing of invoices and outstanding monies
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience in payroll processing, credit control, and basic accounting tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across different disciplines within the agency.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
