Semi-Skilled Production Operative
£12.42 per hour
Knowsley
Ongoing temporary with potential permanent
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 1pm (37 hours per week)
A well-established SME in Knowsley are seeking a Semi-Skilled Operative to join their team. On offer is an hourly rate of £12.42 and hours are full-time Monday to Friday on days. This role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis so please only apply if you are seeking a temporary role with potential for permanent. Full training is also offered in this position.
Responsibilities:
Assembly of product as instructed.
Ensure assembly, inspection and test procedures are carried out using the correct tolls documentation and processes.
Maintain proper completion of job cards and other associated manufacturing processes.
Use and read measuring equipment as required.
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area.
Carry out team designated functions.
Feedback to Supervision and other designated personnel regarding problems and issues which you encounter.
Assist in the introduction of new products into the assembly areas.
Pursue cost saving operation where appropriate.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience working within assembly.
Hard work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Reliable.
Able to provide 2 references.
